As of 2017, Mr. Berkovich is in charge of the real estate sector in IBI. Covers and analyzes the leading real estate companies in Israel and serves as a member of the investment board of Pillare, a member of the credit board and a member of the Credit risk management at Amban investment Management Ltd.
Prior to that, Mr. Berkovich was an analyst at Harel finance, Clal insurance and Halman-Aldubi Pension Fund for 12 years and was in charge of foreign real estate companies in Israel.
Mr. Berkovich received a B.A in Economics and Business from the Hebrew university in Jerusalem and has a Master degree from Bar-Ilan University
As of 2018, Mr. Lubetzky serves as the CEO of I.B.I Investment House Ltd. a holding company specializing in servicing the Israeli financial market needs. In addition, Mr. Lubetzky serves as a director of several subsidiaries in I.B.I group including IBI Lion Management Group Ltd., I.B.I Mutual Funds Management Ltd. and I.B.I Amban Investment Management Ltd. Mr. Lubetzky has extensive experience in investment management for private and institutional clients, specializing in alternative investment instruments, pension planning and tax aspects. Mr. Lubetzky brings an entrepreneurial and innovative outlook that always tries to create new ways to benefit IBI’s stakeholders including: clients, partners, shareholders, employees and others in IBI’s circle.
Mr. Lubetzky received a B.A. in economics from Tel Aviv University and is a licensed portfolio manager.
Mr. Goldfeld acts as the Co-CEO of the company and Director. He previously served as CEO and Director of real estate investment companies in Western Europe and co-founded real estate investment entities in Europe and the US, including a Spanish Reit. Prior to that, Mr. Goldfeld practiced with domestic and cross border corporate, commercial, private equity, venture capital, project finance and mergers & acquisition matters. Mr. Goldfeld advised some of the largest public and private companies and institutional investors in Israel and led commercial negotiations on behalf of some of the largest corporations in Israel.
Mr. Goldfeld has a bachelor’s degree in law and international affairs from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mr. Kleiner acts as the Co-CEO and Director of the company. He was a partner in the establishment and management of a Spanish REIT and initiated and managed real estate investment projects in Western Europe and developed extensive relationships with finance and investment bodies in Spain and Western Europe. Prior to that, Mr. Kleiner Advised to the largest banks and institutional investors in Israel on complex financial transactions and M&A deals. He has high skilled expertise in executing complex operational projects and in risk management.
Mr. Kleiner has a bachelor’s degree in law from the College of Management Academic Studies.
